About
I am a visual artist and painter. My work brings painting into contact with sediment: chalk dust, sand, sawdust, acrylic and, at times, metal leaf. Between abstraction and suggested landscape, I explore how matter holds a trace and opens up another image.
Painting has been part of my life for as long as I can remember; I work almost every day. I am especially drawn to matter because I like to explore, test and continually discover new possibilities in the way material and colour work together.
